At Puchi, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes you might change your mind or the product might not be what you expected. In line with UK distance selling regulations, here’s our return policy:

Your Right to Cancel:

  1. You have the right to cancel your order without providing a reason within 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), receives the goods purchased.
  2. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision in a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). We will provide a confirmation of the receipt of your cancellation.

Returning Goods:

  1. Once you've notified us that you are cancelling your order, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back to us.
  2. The goods must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and labels intact. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund amount if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling them more than necessary.
  3. You are responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us unless the item(s) are faulty or not as described.

Refunds:

  1. We will refund you the full price you paid for the products, including the basic delivery costs, using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction.
  2. We will process the refund without undue delay and, in any event, no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence of return.
  3. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

Exceptions:

Please note that the following items cannot be returned under the distance selling regulations:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised.
  • Goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

Your statutory rights are not affected by our return policy.
